Audacity

Just looking at the user interface and the feature richness of the menus gives you a sense that this is a pretty complete sound editing activity.

I won't bother trying to tell you how to use this activity.  Instead I'll help you find the help file.  Choose the Help => Contents menu item.  It will bring up a FileOpen window.  Navigate to the "share/audacity" folder and double click on the file called "audacity-1.2-help.htb".

The Audacity help window will display.  Read, practice and enjoy!
